What framework do your scripts support?
All Medit8z scripts are built exclusively for QBX Core with ox_inventory and ox_lib. ESX is not supported and there are no plans to add it.
Are your scripts escrowed?
Yes. Every script is escrowed through Cfx.re Keymaster. Your license is tied to your Cfx.re account and verified on every server start.
How do I install a script after purchase?
After purchase you will receive access to the resource via Cfx.re Keymaster. Download it, drop it into your server resources folder, add it to your server.cfg, import the provided schema.sql into your database, and restart. Full installation instructions are included with every script.
Do you offer support?
Basic installation support is available free of charge via our Discord server. Ongoing support, priority assistance, and configuration help is available as a paid support subscription. Join our Discord and open a support ticket to get started.
Will you customize the script for me?
No. Scripts are sold as-is with configuration files provided for adjusting settings. Custom modifications, feature additions, or individual tweaks are available as a separate paid service. Join our Discord and open a support ticket to discuss.
What can I edit in the script?
You are permitted to edit the configuration file(s) only (config.lua or equivalent). No other files may be modified, redistributed, or used in any way without prior written permission from Medit8z Scripts.
What if there's a bug?
Critical bugs and major functional issues will be patched and pushed as free updates to all active license holders. Minor adjustments, personal preference changes, or compatibility issues with third-party resources do not qualify as bugs and will not be addressed for free.
Can I use the script on multiple servers?
Your license covers one server only. If you need a multi-server license, open a support ticket in our Discord before purchasing.
Can I share or resell the script?
No. Redistribution, reselling, leaking, or sharing the script in any form — paid or free — is strictly prohibited and will result in your license being permanently revoked. Refund eligibility in such cases is governed by Tebex's policies.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the resource has been delivered. All refund disputes are handled by Tebex Limited in accordance with their policies. Please read all product descriptions carefully and ask questions in our Discord before purchasing.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit/debit cards and PayPal are accepted through Tebex's secure checkout, operated by Tebex Limited.
I purchased but can't access the resource — what do I do?
Make sure your Cfx.re account is linked to your Tebex account. If you're still having issues, join our Discord and open a support ticket with your transaction ID and Cfx.re username.
How do I get support after purchasing?
Join our Discord server and open a support ticket. Include your transaction ID and the script you purchased. Response times vary — priority support is available as a paid subscription.
